Stop using Internet Explorer. Use Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome Instead. ;)

Run Malwarebytes to scan your system if you think your computer is going crazy with some nasty malicious software.
Run Combofix if you find tons of infections with Malwarebytes.

malwarebytes said it was deleted, i sure hope so

Just so you know, some stuff doesn't show up in the Applications part of task manager. You have to go over to the processes tab and end it from there.
