Haha yeah, I'm usually not one to ask for too much. and I'm pretty harsh on applications intentionally because it just makes it easier to get the ppint across on what exactly needs to be improved. Cruel? Maybe. Effective? I'd argue yes.

If you are needlessly harsh towards applicants, not only will it change their view of you if they get in (most likely for the worst) It can also give off a hostile attitude for the clan, which isn't something we want.

But it isnt really needless, someone has got to do it. I've done my best to point out that I'm a nice guy beside being... picky. It's not meant to be rude or hostile, just brutally honest.
