It's free if you live in Singapore, Phillipines, Malaysia and one other country (I can't remember which), but you can only play with people with people in those countries. For the rest of the world it costs $30 US and you can't play with people from those 4 countries. It's a system that S2 made with Garena, go to the website to find out more.
