Because rammus is garbage if you don't plan out your jungle pathing meticulously and you miraculously don't get counterjungled because of his lousy clear times. He's a monster in the mid-late game if you somehow don't cock up your early game.

Cinderhulk and Thornmail isn't broken.. unless you're retarded as adc and go melee range..

However, Gromp + Thornmail hurts a lot.
