Doesnt help that the shape itself is... soft.
Men and women dont have the same natural muscle types, its basic biology.

To be fair, I dont think it was a good collab texture. It was a face, there was no context, no clear direction to take it.
Needs a clear concept to start that can be expanded.
Leave too much room for ideas and everyone will have a different idea of the direction it should go and start fighting about who has the biggest epeen, like we are now.
In terms of collabs, this is probably better, still room to design and improve, but there is a concept that points everyone in one direction.
Mostly, people need to get out of this habit of trying to prove theyr the big dog in every situation.
Work together and accept other peoples point of view(When applicable)
Work on the concept a bit more befor handing it off to collab on.
And dont get mad when people rip your mapping and shapes apart to improve it.
Even if you dont use this one, the first texture needs to have something to start with.
