your job is to text people as well as recuit new people.

well... my comp can't hold long, only up to 10 mins or less then it will auto shutdown or freeze and make a whrrrrrrrr sound... its f*****g anoying D:<

One of the main foucus of your job is to test people. When people puts in for the clan, it mainly a recuiters job to give him a test to check his skill. As for recuiting, if you make it fun it will come easyer.
