Also Decap and dm is a different meaning. For an example. I am going to dm your arm. Which is meaning I am gonna break it off. Decaping is where it's broken and you can't use it at all.

Wut... That's a bit too wrong.

Decaping someone is dismembering their head.
If I dismember you, I broke a joint other than your neck.
If I decapped you, I removed your head.
If the joint cannot be used but still is attached, that's called a fractured joint.
