We are not allowed to post tutorials like "extend knees, space 3x, contract knees" etc, so all we can do is give you tips. This has been done thousands and thousands of times already, all you have to do is use the search button. The general way of running would be to lean forward using your ABS and legs, then relax your knees and start moving your legs back and forward. You might want to put your hands down in a boxing pose to get better balance. Sometimes you will need to use different joints to achieve balance, but be careful because you might end up running to the wrong direction.
