Jayce is a high skill cap champion, it takes time to learn him and people in lower elos don't bother to do that.

Jayce is still strong, not as strong as he was a few patches ago, but still a rather decent pick.

From what I've seen he's only decent in the top lane as a tanky bruiser, he gets wrecked in mid and adc lol

jayce is still strong, especially top, you don't build any tankyness on him though( only ga/qss)
lategame he can literally 3-shot the adc if in range, just gotta positon properly
