For the most part, its always on. There are only certain occasions when its off. And those are usually just for a reset, to fix mods/addons, or it being down. Due to a number of issues.

And also Oshi has a server too.
It's new, so we're still working with commands.
But it will be ok once we sort everything out.

1.8 updates kind of suck. it was more fun when it wasn't about exp and skill points.

agreed. I hate it now tbh.... I dont even see the effects of leveling apart from swinging a little faster..

The exp and skill points aren't going to do anything until 1.9. The main aspect of 1.8 will be the biome recoding, villages, ruins, and mineshafts. Also the new mobs and hunger.
