All you need to do as Karthus is build a ton of AP, W the enemy team, press E and just stand in the middle of them and spam Q. Dying is fine because you'll still get a ton of assists and can continue to spam Q, or press R for penta. You'll get yelled at for ksing hahahaha.

Unfortunately, I have really bad mana issues when playing him. I also have no runes for AP champs so I was thinking Kat or Akali because my runes can work on them.

kat is better than akali, so imo get that.
