The way you blended it doesn't work. It just looks weird.
The effects you have don't match the flow of the render.
Your lighting is too weak and needs a bluer color to match the lighting from the render. Though this render kinda sucks because there are multiple light sources.
Text placement is bad.

Keep it up though, you're getting better.
I would try different backgrounds first. Duplicate the render to hell and smudge it. Or another thing is take a picture that fits and put it behind everything.

Meap: That looks like the rim of a tire. It also looks like a G on the inside, rather than a C. Nice job aside from that. Also make it less edgy on the corners. Make it smooth.
