Depends on what you prefer, there are no better one of these two because you can't compare the more recoil, more damage and cheaper AK to the more silent and accurate m4, your choice depends on how much you value less recoil and less sound. Also m4 is divided to m4a1 and m4a4. The m4a4 has more bullets than the m4a1 but doesn't have silencer and is slightly more expensive.
