How do you manage to only get 47 cs?

IE is overrated, in most cases bloodthrister is better.

I can't play normals anymore. I've been trying to play more ranked lately, but it's such a "big deal" I guess. But seriously, lately every game I've had some sort of terribad player, or someone on the other team getting extremely fed. Out of the last ~10 normal games I've played I've won 2. Yay.

Kinda annoying aint it, I havent played LoL in ages now, sticking to Minecraft the most addicting game known to man besides WoW.
Anyone pick me out a good starter character for me to buy on LoL, with the free credits not the riot points
