if you have a NA account and wait till the 29th then yes. All my accounts that are lvl 30 on the other servers I lag on but still notice how bad they seem compared to NA server. I even have a QQ LoL Server account.

The is what I've been playing recently, not saying they're the most OP in the role but just what I feel comfortable on

Top: Gragas, Nid, Trundle sometimes, Irelia and Aatrox (really safe pick)
Jungle: Amumu, Udyr
Mid: Yasuo, Zed - I usually just play assassins Also Lux isn't bad
Support: Morgana, 10 year binding and black shield op
Adc: Don't ADC is a lot but mostly I use Kog because of the range his W provides and the armor/mr shred is really useful.
