He tried to save a multiplayer replay twice.

He made the replay with invalid but tryed to save it again as thresher. Doing this turned the opponent to uke and might have made the replay glitch a little.

It would help if he just posted the original replay and then prove he is invalid.

This being that you know who he is. Did you recommend him to Secret or the like? I don't necessarily think that you would be lurking around to try and help him out unless you knew that he was applying. A friend perhaps?

Invalid is still in essence with invalid which means he tried to double clan with two different accounts.
