Only flaw I see in that is if people hear about it, they might join just to get the free textures =\
So we'd have to let people buy the items themselves and THEN give out the Secret texture set.. which might not work cause not everyone has full texts

well...we could urge people to buy full texts. They're like 20k now

or how about instead of full texture sets, just like a floor texture or something of the sort. so then it doesn't force people to change their whole character look

heh, that still raises the need for the floor texture.
I like the idea of it, but it requires the TC for people to buy it themselves, which not everyone will have.
