GMs typically don't respond. A lot of work sending denied pms to people that don't get in.

Then people want to know why, and the GM has to explain.

Then if names are stated the denied applicants start headhunting the GMs and bugging them about why what they said was wrong. etc, etc.

If it's been more than a month, consider yourself denied.
