Just thought I'de add in my opinion even tho the decision has already been decided : 3
I don't think Rapp should take complete control over Wicked. I think if p0p for some reason goes missing then Phoenix should automaticly become leader. He applied in Wickeds' early officialness and has done a great job spreading the name ingame, not to mention he is a great guy and gave a very good impression. Although if Rapp was to physicly join the clan (like with the tag and shit) He could be leader, he is obviously fit for the job with his past Exp. Etc etc....
