I think my best diamond spree was 12, one vein of 8, and another of 4, coming off the same subterranean lake.

my best run for diamonds was 32.

I shat bricks. I basically just dug a bunch of tunnels, not branch mines, but just tunneled around and always hit diamond XD

Some time ago i found a natural cave filled with diamonds, gold, iron and redstone.
90% of it was exposed. Lost it all though, fell in lava.
But...
I did it with a seed to it's possible to do it again whenever i want.
It's All About Expansion

I just built an underwater glass tunnel along the bottom of a lake, kind of like at an aquarium. Coolest thing I've done so far.
