Shouldn't you add a vote for extend trial period? It could be someone can't be online for some reason during that week so we/he didn't have the time to learn him know.

Yeah a extended trial period vote would be good.

I vote for conduct because he knows what he is doing and he is very responsible.He tries his best to make this clan great and avoid any rule breaking.He has good grammar and good decision making
