I think the candidates should put their own names forward.

Maybe for the poll, you get one vote, but cannot vote for yourself. Only members' votes count towards the final outcome.

A poll would mean we make a new thread. I think we may as well just vote on here.

If we vote on this thread, it'll be less known to other people, including those who are members, but haven't shown their faces on this thread for some time.

At least if we make a poll (on a new thread) we can catch the attention of more people within this org. The poll thread can then of course be closed.

Where would you make this thread anyway? It's not like you can post in the org section...

We could talk to a SMoD, to each org member send him a PM with his vote, so he'll tell us the new "leader" or leaders, idk.

Good idea, that could be done with an ordinary member and the results could be shared on here, names of voters will be anonymous.

But that might overload his/her job.

Having a couple of PMs and posting once is a hassle for someone?
