Just every time we have a trial that is kinda good make a thread at the end of the period.
So we could do a thread 'Accept lensson' in a week.
And every full member can vote no, yes, longer trial. Sounds like a fair system to me.

I share a birthday with Harry Potter, I am the wizard here.

We could have a permanent thread called "Trial Thread" or something like that.
On the first post it will be edited to have the current Trials, then when the week is over we do a vote.
