Ingame-wise, you're skilled, but from looking at your replays it seems like you haven't found your style, you make these sudden movements and don't use every joint.

first off, your application is great. well written, lots of information, and you seem much more relaxed since we've last talked. i'd love if more people made applications for vector with your attitude!
however, your replays lack. you still have a stop/start momentum, and as halue has said, you haven't found a direct style yet. your replays are what i'd accept for mystic, but unfortunately this is vector, and i rarely say yes to average applications anymore, sadly.

i find it interesting that my other members find you skilled, perhaps we're all old and rusty and forget how experienced we all were. you've got skill granted, but there are a few glaring examples that need fixing before i'll say yes.

1. during parkour, never let a moment go by where you aren't moving towards a goal. on top of that, your pec movement is also start-and-stop. fix that.

2. your movement feels to me like a REaction, rather than an ACTION. you make a move and too late realize you might be in trouble with your opponent, then fix it. i especially notice this during spars.

overall, good application, and decent replays. if you get denied, please apply again! but before you do, work with me or others, and improve. you're a great guy and i know with some practice, you'll reach my standards.
