Who said we need good players from the start ? How about not to good players now, elites later. See Having 10th dans from the start isnt fun. Giving younger users with more perspectives a chance could give a Nice change in the future. A Blue belt isnt as good as a 10th dan... but is going to Play and be much more active as a 10th dan.. See the difference ? Low belts are still developing theirs skills and training. We need fresh blood
