Yes but it is related to firewall and a certain program that I am being forced to use (time limits) doesn't let me access my control panel and do stuff with firewall. Bloody stupid.

I might be able to help you if you're more specific, I remember having to help a kid over MSN by telling him to go into the windows files and sort out some shiz with his firewall, windows firewall is a bitch :s

that's why it's always disabled on my pc ;)

my tip: get a real firewall and shut down the windows one

The thing is, I am not sure if I can even see if I am an admin of my own computer because I can download anything but anything related to control panel is screwed up.
