No you can't get banned for warnings, they're 0 points and are just warnings.
Infractions however can get you banned.

As for you monkey, I'd recommend properly reading the rules. I've been infracted once. Since then, I've read every rule in every section. If I don't get a rule, I ask a higher-up member for an alternate meaning.

reason i wanna join because i wanna start or participate in clan wars x] and i need a some sort of brotherhood x] i would like to develop a brotherly relationship with all members.

Goals:
