I've prolly mentioned this before, why don't you bake that onto a sphere. Turn it into a TB head.

Hmmm baking inside zbrush isn't that great... plus I think it only lets you bake the highest subdiv onto the lowest of the same mesh. soo unless you started from a sphere lol. Or actually if it was UV'd out in a similar way to a TB head it'd work fine. Although I've never UV'd in Zbrush personally.

Weren't you also the crazy guy who uses Blender? If you search the TB forums there's actually a tutorial on baking a TB head in Blender. Hyabusa helmet somthing it was called.
