Erm... Can you explain better? I'm using paint here...

Why do u using Paint? DO u have Adobe Photoshop?
If u do, u can copy your drawing to new layer then go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Blending Options -> And change blend mode from Normal to Multiply!
That way u will not have those white pixels around the black lines, and also u could make new layer, put it under the layer with drawing and do coloring on it.
Latter just flatten image and u have everything nice and good looking.
