I also think that we should pay close attention to grammar in applicant's posts, so we can make sure they speak English well.

If anyone did not catch my first post about this, I think we should keep our Elite Member count to 5 so that we don't have too many.

Ich meine jeder der was drauf hat und schon ein richtig Aeon ist sollte schon die Chance haben zum Elite zu werden... es ist ja kein begrenzter Rang... es geht um die wahren Aeons die was drauf haben.

Well I think the application is enough, we can see how well they type just by them filling it out, if they do at all.

Also I propose that we don't look at people who don't follow the form.
If they say "hi im bloo belt can i join?" then we shouldn't even look at their post.
