Whats the use of lucky eggs?

Haven't gotten into Pokemon Go yet. Was just wondering what's a good pokemon to use. I heard here that vape is pretty good.

Any pokemon is good as long as your rng with moves and shit are good, however the one that can get the highest cp and is obtainable is Dragonite

What is rng? Range? I guess Dragonite, Machamp & Vapeor are on my hunting list so far. Maybe Charizard too.

Just started playing a bit more now that I can walk around and go places on the game without actually going there.
