can you explain what do you mean with merging, first?

Basically all of your active members + leaders join RL in a special seperate rank where you will still hold your position as leader of project zetsubou. We can also leave the special ranks aside, im planning to introduce new ranks for my members with a tourney anyways, so you can also just join as members and participate :3 it'll be fun i promise c:
