Just wanted to point out your spelling mistakes. ;]

MetroX and I were already working on this. If you want to get any sort of position re-assigned you have to go through the Global Clan Moderators, and they will only give you the powers if they have the approval of the clan Leaders. Both of them are inactive, so you are pretty much buggered before you even start.
I can help you if you need it, but even I know that this clan will never be like it was before.
