It isn't a particularly bad choice on Xin given that he's an offtank. Randuins is a far better choice on an ADC as a defensive item because of the self peel active.

Riven is going to get nerfed in patch 4.1

Considering that I was fed, they had a choice.

Don't deal with Xin and get penta killed.
Deal with Xin and minimize losses.

Of course there were other options but normals.
Ain't going to happen in most.

Anyways Riven is weak as shit until very very late game, Evelynn is useless again(might aswell have the whole map pink warded), Shyvana went from a tier 1 jungler to a tier 3 jungler, Annie is still decent but her early game is not op asf now, and Rengar went back to being a normals champ only.
