I like it.

The image and the background blends together nicely, and I like use of Japanese/Chinese contributing to the character.

However the font and color do not mix all that well with the background; maybe give it a bit of a pattern like the background to make it more appealing.

Other than that I believe it's a swell piece of artwork.
