Not necessarily, both have their merits, where shiv gives better overall push it's unique passive and uninhibited mobility, but pd gives better dueling power and utility mobility from it's unique passive.

well in general i prefer PD, but on some champ's is shiv still better (i always get it on twitch)

Heim is my best champ by far.
We start the game 0-3 from an invade, and I go mid and carry the whole thing. Go bot where they feed and take 2 towers, head top and take 3, push mid for inhib and get a concede at 20.
