fuck cardio, it's all in the diet and its super simple, eat less calories than you burn in a day, its really easy to find a calculator to give you an estimate of what you burn in a day and then eat about 200-300 calories less than what it calls for, weigh yourself often, typically on a weekly basis to make sure you're actually losing weight, super easy to lose ~1-2lbs a week its just all about getting the diet figured out and sticking to it. this the shit im into so if ur fr hmu i can help you with pretty much all of it
