No [RelaxAll] tag means no membership. It's indisputable.
Many people came from other clans, and they all have [RelaxAll] tag; I don't even change it for myself anyway, so I don't see the reason for Infants to do otherwise as we all do. If he doesn't want to put clan tag for any reason = he is not in RA.>:[
