Shorter girls than you, huh? In that case you'll need a van that says free candy and park it next to the party house and hope some drunk teenager catches the bait. Aim for 15-16 year olds in maturation period, they may resist for a while but their bodies desire that kind of experience.
Oh and watch out for cop's, they tend to patrol at the time, but that makes it only more exciting, right?
