A few simple steps;
1.) Tie a noose
2.) Tie the noose to something quite high yet sturdy enough to handle your body weight
3.) Use a chair, stool, etc to step on in order to reach the noose
4.) Put your head through the noose and tighten it around your neck
5.) Kick over the chair/stool/etc. to decompress your spine and help alleviate sinus pressure
Other simple life-hacks to treat sinus pressure!
1.) Take enough pain medication to kill an elephant
2.) Any high powered gun, shot at the sorest area of sinus pressure
3.) Free falling off a structure 50ft or taller to help decompress joints freeing yourself of fluid build up and in turn relieving sinus pressure!
