Who sold you out, Banned?

So I saw a post about creating an organization, which led me to the rules about creating an organization. It costs 50k, then you get 30k back if its denied, where does that TC go? It says pay to fish, do they sink it? Same with banned account TC and items, does it get sunk and/or go back to the shop in the case of items?

Thats for creating a clan, those are the rules nowadays..

But do they just keep it? Or do they sink it? Give it to admins?

One of the many mysteries of the world...

They sink it, to keep the economy running fine. The banned account items and TC are never touched, even permabanned accounts. Only items involved in some scam and hacking cases that is sinked, as well as the sinked TC, they are sent to some dump account. There are like 3 or 4 dump accounts with thousands of items (most of them are cheap trash like chronos, gladiator, orc, etc) and hundred of thousands of TC. Admins keep the sink TC and items temporarely, then dump it into those accounts from time to time... They can also keep it for themselves if they want, because this wouldn't effect the economy (seeing they could just generate that items for themselves, or the ammount of TC sunk and kept), but it's rarely seen.
