I thought the flow was amazing, so I'll give that a 9/10.
The kicks and twists were pretty cool too, so that gets a 8.5/10
The pose I think could of been a bit better, in someway. I guess maybe if you edited it a bit more, he could be crouching or sitting. so 7.5/10

Overall, it was good. 8.5/10.

If anyone has the time, can you CnC mine? This one was unfinished, because I had to leave, and I was too lazy to edit it so it would look like an actual spar.

Advice, as promised:
Hold your neck.
Let your shoulders be more towards the middle, not always so up or down.
When your ghost has a move, go through with it and make edits so it looks better. Don't change your mind midway through a move.
When you kick, don't extend, space, contract. It looks spazzy. Instead, use relax after the kick so it flows more smoothly into place.
