Alright guys I'm looking at some apps and I see that it's not trully the application format that I'm looking for.
Here's an example

Name: Ryan
Age: 17 (turning 18 July 12th)
Belt: 6th black belt
Forums Activity: About 10-20 posts a day
Ingame Activity: 2 maybe 3 hours a day
Reasons why you want to join Zero: Because I built this clan with my cousin back when it was RWL in 2008 and I'm currently the leader. (Bullshit reason but it's an example)
Infractions: When I was a noob member I got 1 for a useless post.
At least 3 replays: Don't need one if I'm already in the clan...
Referals: Stellargod
(For those that don't know Referals are people that refered you to the clan.)
