And also how do I feed him whenever I try I eat the meat.

No need to feed him unless a mob attacked it. Or he attacked a mob. But a cooked porkchop should do the job.

Just right-click with the meat when pointing at the wolf.

I need active people, I have my own bukkit server, I can install mods when ever you want to.
Right now I have the piston and command book and world edit mods installed into the server.
