Rep means nothing in my opinion, it's abused so freely that its virtually worthless if you want to judge someone by it.

I also heard that if someone with alot of rep, and they +rep you, you get like tons of rep.
Same goes with -rep. people with alot of rep, they -rep, you lose alot of rep.
That's what i heard.

yeah, if I +rep someone they automatically go up one bar, no joke But people with lots of -rep just don't have any effect on anything
