You have to change a file in your client, and that goes against the Terms of Use. Luckily enough, only the server host has to change that for 10 people to play.

There's a ton of custom games for everybody to join, but most are full.

Let's see if I manage to find one of those rooms... Still haven't played one and I want to try it before it's removed for bug/errors fixing.

@EJM hadn't seen that, but I knew it was planned to be released.
Yesterday EUW was craziness. Broken servers and all these custom games kept most players from even joining the game.

The custom games list is pretty much completely filled with them, you're bound to find one with the champ you want.
