If you can take the pain that make you two things. a pain freak weirdo or a manly man. Its all about preference really .

Preference’s with pain Sounds like some kind of pornography not gonna lie... the pain with braces is pretty bad when you first get them on, it adds a lot of weight to your teeth, your gums will ache LOADS and you won’t be able to even touch a banana with your teeth let alone anything else, so be prepared to not being able to eat for a week or so, I’d consider drinking loads of water of if you want just drink smoothies and have soup. On the bright side, you will see a massive difference in your teeth so it’s all worth it
