Also you should give the hardcore idea PC Gamer did a go - set the game on hard, make a new world & if you die you have to delete the world & start over. It does wonders for your speed building skills.

Idk about hardcore mode. I'm gonna survive for 14 days and 13 nights first man vs wild style. Then maybe some other time I'll play hardcore mode.

Single player is so boring for me. No fun to play alone, it is a social game...

Yes minecraft can be played without internet. And it sure is addicting.
