Do you use Gimp?
If yes, Go to Filters/Animation/Spinning Globe...
Set Frames to 30 and Index to n Colors to 40 and press Ok.
Waiting for the process...
Go to the new window (Which includes the globe).
Go to File/Save as...
Give it a name, put file type as gif and press Save.
Choose Save as Animation and press Export.
Press save and it's done.
