Music from scratch.

I'm starting a music course in September and I want to get a head start, since I have a busy scheduele so I don't fall behind.

Interested in making electro / trance music but do not know where to start, the whole interface is confusing and I'm not really learning it very fast.

Yeah, but no real "beginner basic ones" As if someone had just bought it and has no idea what to do, so was looking to see if someone could walk me through, step by step. Ahhh well, I guess just try and figure it out.
